Improvements To Road End Closures, Ely

The third phase of Cardiff Council’s Small Scale Environmental Regeneration Programme is now complete.  The road end closures at Grand Avenue/Marcross Road and Meyrick Road/ Macdonald Road, Ely are finished.

Improvements in the areas consisted of:

• New Black ball-top railings and matching chicanes replaced the unsafe and damaged brick walls.
• Decorative paving introduced.
• New planters and trees.
• Replacement bollards.
• Provision of additional parking bay on Grand Avenue.
